How have we changed over the years?

Be part of our story

From 2020 onward, LUQAM began implementing a strategy focused on developing digital technologies.

During this period, the company established an R&D department to build innovative technological products now known as Digital Factory. These solutions go beyond traditional process layers, offering modern software that supports production systems and business processes – such as the TiMES – MES System, Kaizen System, Production Flow, competency matrices, KPIs, organizational structure, Opexity e-learning platform, RTLS systems, and AI-based tools for sales forecasting, maintenance, and quality control.

Strategic shift toward digital solutions

2020

A strategic shift led LUQAM to focus on comprehensive enterprise transformation projects.

The CPS (Company Production System) concept for factories and CES (Company Excellence System) for service companies was developed. LUQAM also began executing optimization projects internationally – in Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, Denmark, Russia, and Ukraine.

In 2012, the company changed its legal structure to Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. and officially adopted the name LUQAM Sp. z o.o. Sp.k.

Relocation to new HQ and launch of process optimization services

LUQAM moved to its new headquarters at 47 Kamieńskiego Street, Kraków, where the company still resides. During this time, the team expanded with consultants specialized in process optimization and Lean Manufacturing, as well as business development professionals.

First office with training facilities and rapid business growth

In 2005, LUQAM began to grow dynamically across three key areas: projects, training, and sales. The company focused on implementing management systems, quality tools, and delivering in-house and open-format training.

LUQAM began conducting supplier audits for SSA in Central and Eastern Europe across various industries, and started supporting automotive companies through B2B services.
