GDPR
As of 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation) will come into force. GDPR will apply to an identical extent in all countries of the European Union, thus also in Poland. It introduces a number of changes to the rules governing the processing of personal data that will affect many areas of life, including the use of websites such as luqam.com and eplatforma.luqam.com.
Background information
? The administrator of personal data is the LUQAM Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. company (hereinafter referred to as LUQAM) with its registered office at Kamieńskiego 47, 30-644 Kraków, NIP: 679-30-87-067.
? The main goal of LUQAM is to maintain the privacy of personal data provided by the Users.
? Your data may be processed by trusted LUQAM Partners.
Purposes of
personal data processing
The data acquired by LUQAM will be stored and processed for the following purposes:
? concluding and performing a the contract relating to the service offered and provided,
? maintaining business relations,
? satisfaction surveys of products or services offered by LUQAM,
? research of preferences regarding the demand for products/services offered by LUQAM,
? investigating or defending against claims that are related to the contract concluded with the Users,
? fulfilling our legal obligations under European Union or Polish law.

Personal data is collected in the following way:
? voluntarily entered data in forms,
? saving cookies on the User’s side,
? collecting web server logs by the hosting operator of the Service.

? Entering data in the registration form is voluntary, but necessary to provide the service.
? Entering data in the contact form or subscribing to the newsletter is voluntary.
? The data that a customer may be asked for are: first and last name, home address, email address, company, position, university, faculty, index number, telephone number, area of interest in LUQAM services.
? The data provided in the form will be processed for the purpose of providing the service or business contact and for the purposes of LUQAM’s legal obligations – until the expiration of data preservation duties arising from the law.
? The data you provide may be stored and processed for marketing purposes – once you have given your consent – until you withdraw your consent or objection.
? Once we receive information from you regarding the discontinuation of data storage or processing, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
The rights our Users are

According to the GDPR, the Users have the following rights:
? access to the content of your data,
? transfer of data, correcting (amending, supplementing), deleting or limiting the processing,
? the possibility to file a complaint to the President of Personal Data Protection if you believe that your rights have been violated,
? the ability to withdraw consent at any time by emailing to zgody@luqam.com or at the office – LUQAM, Kamieńskiego 47, 30-644 Kraków,
? lodge a so-called objection to the processing of your data for marketing purposes, including profiling; the objection can be lodged via email address: zgody@luqam.com or by post to the registered address of LUQAM, Kamieńskiego 47, 30-644 Kraków.
