As of 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation) will come into force. GDPR will apply to an identical extent in all countries of the European Union, thus also in Poland. It introduces a number of changes to the rules governing the processing of personal data that will affect many areas of life, including the use of websites such as luqam.com and eplatforma.luqam.com.

The data acquired by LUQAM will be stored and processed for the following purposes:

? The data you provide may be stored and processed for marketing purposes – once you have given your consent – until you withdraw your consent or objection.
? Once we receive information from you regarding the discontinuation of data storage or processing, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

According to the GDPR, the Users have the following rights:

? access to the content of your data,
? transfer of data, correcting (amending, supplementing), deleting or limiting the processing,
? the possibility to file a complaint to the President of Personal Data Protection if you believe that your rights have been violated,
? the ability to withdraw consent at any time by emailing to zgody@luqam.com or at the office – LUQAM, Kamieńskiego 47, 30-644 Kraków,
